Eyeoba’s Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For a full refund, mail your item(s) within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Return policy varies by-product, as some products are a final sale only. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for return.

Food  

Food products are final sale. Due to hygiene purposes, food products are not to be returned once opened. 

Home Decor

Aviva Stanoff pillows can be returned within 14 days from the receipt. The pillows must be in the same condition as it was purchased. 

Skincare 

DR.AV products are final sale. Due to hygiene purposes, skincare products are not to be returned once opened. 

Clothing and Jewelry

Fine jewelry and clothing: All sales are final. Unworn clothing can be returned within 14 days. Must have tags attached. 

Face Masks 

Due to sanitary conditions, we do not allow any exchanges or returns on face masks that were opened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
