Eyeoba welcomes your questions and comments about privacy. Please send an email to if the Customer Received the Wrong Item(s): On rare occasions the wrong item(s) can get shipped out. Don’t worry; we’ll take care of it. However, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Simply send us an email at with a brief explanation. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with instructions. After we have received your returned items, we will send you a replacement at our expense. 

Customer Did Not Receive All Items Ordered: If you are missing items from your order and have not received any email or note on the package explaining when the remaining items will be shipped, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you have received your package. We will not be held responsible for items claimed missing after the 3 business day period. Simply send us an email at with a brief explanation. 

Customer Did Not Receive Their Order: If you have not received your package or any email in regards to your order within 7 business days from the date you placed your order please contact us so that we can help you track your package.
